ReSleeve 100% Recycled CD & DVD Packaging
Social Responsibility
Social responsibility issues have become an important piece of an organizations’ brands. Responsibly dealing with your company’s eco-footprint significantly enhances and complements your brand. ReSleeves are the perfect way to package your CD or DVD project and show your customers that you not only care about the environment, but that you are actively making a difference.
Familiar Design, Breakthrough Science
At first glance, ReSleeves look similar to a traditional paper sleeve, but the similarities stop there. ReSleeves are made of rigid 16pt recycled, FSC Certified chip board, which is 85% Post-Consumer / 15% Post- Industrial Recycled. They are much more rigid than a paper sleeve, providing a sturdiness similar to a Polybox or CShell style case. They have a round hole in the center to view the front of the disc just like a paper sleeve and the back is embossed with the logo “ReSleeve 100% Recycled.”
These revolutionary CD and DVD sleeves are great alternatives to non-recycled cases like Jewel Cases, C-Shells, Polyboxes and traditional paper sleeves.
FSC Certification Matters
ReSleeves are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) under certificate # SCS-COC-002327.
The FSC is an international, independently audited certification and labeling system that allows buyers to choose paper and wood products that come from responsibly managed forests, and verified recycled sources. Under FSC certification, forests are certified against a set of strict environmental and social standards, and fiber from certified forests is tracked all the way to the consumer through the Chain of Custody certification system. The FSC “check-tree” logo is your guarantee that the products you buy are responsibly sourced. The intent of the FSC system is to shift the market to eliminate habitat destruction, water pollution, displacement of indigenous peoples and violence against people and wildlife that often accompanies logging.
The ReSponsible Choice
The use of ReSleeve products contributes to the conservation, responsible management, and community level benefits for well managed forests and verified recycled paper sources.
