Short Run Duplication
Greyscale Thermal print on White Disc
Curved, pixel-based text and greyscale photos. Text should not be below 7 point. Solid lines should not be below 0.5 point. Transparency should not be below 75%.
Short Run Duplication
Full Color Thermal print on Hub Printable Disc
Curved, pixel-based text and full color images. Printed using CMY Process color with simulated black. True black is not possible in this print method.
San-Serif text should not be below 7 point. Serif text should not be below 10 point. Text looks best reversed out of color. Solid lines should not be below 0.5 points.
Images with low contrast or transparency below 75%will not print well. Vibrant colors and photos are best. Solid colors can be more difficult to reproduce accurately.
Volume Replication
Full Color, CMYK Offset Print on Disc, Hub Printable
High-resolution printing, perfect for full color and photo quality printing. This is the best option for most Replication projects.
If needed, we can combine CMYK offset printing with up to 2 additional PMS colors to create a stunning disc with incredibly high clarity of both images and fine print.
Volume Replication
Silkscreen/PMS Color print on Silver or White Disc
Great for exact color matching and discs with high amounts of text and fine print. The artwork must be prepared using "vector" art and PMS, Solid Coated colors in a program like Adobe Illustrator. Each color, including an optional white flood on the disc surface, requires one color. Up to 6 colors may be used.
Adobe Photoshop does not prepare for spot color, separated output and cannot be used for Silkscreen printing.
